Emergency Hall Board Meeting

President Dennis Moore has called an Emergency Hall Board Meeting for Wednesday May 4, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the Banquet Hall
The purpose of the meeting is to introduce and vote on a motion to use the Norman Freeman fund to rebuild the roof, at a cost of approx, $60,000.00.
This motion must be approved by the hall board before presenting it to the Lodge. The Lodge will need to give the membership a (30) thirty day notice before the a vote can be taken. Which means that the vote must happen in June, before we go dark.
It is critical that you be present for this vote.
 
If you are unable to attend, I ask that you e-mail me with your vote. I will carry it as a proxy to the meeting.
