Change in registration for the website.

I have implemented a change to how people sign up to get into the web site. They must first be invited by someone who is already a member (you should find a button on the navigation bar called 'Invite'). They will then receive an email within an hour or two that contains a link that will take them to the registration page. After registering, they will receive another email informing them that they can now sign in to the website. This also eliminates the need for me to have to approve them before they can get in and should speed things up a bit.
